Platforming

You are a Bosnian janitor. Your damsel in distress has been kidnapped once again. Despite your quarrels about not going partying and go-karting with your sworn enemy, after a long fight she has been kidnapped again by a large reptilian looking turtle-esque bear thing. You can see him laughing and running away to your right on the horizon. What do you do? [[Go right->right]] [[Go left->left]]

You are met by an invisible wall blocking your path. What do you do? [[Go right->tried to go back]] [[Go left->left1]]

You go right, and you go into a happy killing spree. Killing defenseless reptilians. Developing an addicting dependence relationship with shrooms. In your wake lie the remains of century-old brick architecture. You feel a rush of adrenaline as you wipe the blood off your face. Consuming more and more shrooms and plants, you can’t even distinguish reality and hallucinations as you lay waste to the land with pyrokinesis. You've been doing this for so long, that you barely feel anything, wondering if there is more to life than death. [[Go right->right1]] [[Go left->tried to get freedom]]

Jump on ledge. Drop down. Jump on head of turtle. Feel the life extinguished and watch it’s hollow shell skate across the bone-laiden earth. Take a shroom and think you see God. Look at the sun and think you understand. Watch the red of the bricks and the blue of the sky mix like watercolor and imagine the pristine undulating face of the princess in some other time fifteen or twenty years ago when she might have even loved you. Believe that this time is different. March on as you disappear into your own cyclical fixations of grandeur and watch as behind you the carnage stretches on like some sunsetted shadow of the oldest ghosts of men. You pull a trick you saw from a GDQ run, and you do a sick backwards long jump, clipping through the wall. You are met by a dark void. You can feel the fresh air. [[Go right->tried to go back]] [[Go left->theend]]

With the adrenaline (as well as the shrooms) wearing off, you finally get a good look at the King Reptilian’s corpse, as you don’t even remember him dying. You finally regain your senses, wiping the entrails of thousands off your overalls. It’s finally over. You go to free the princess. “About time,” she mutters, before she goes back to scrolling through Instagram. Making a fuss that you didn’t like her last picture, despite you obviously having more important matters to attend to. You take her back home and continue on with your life. Another Winter. Another Spring. Another year of janitoring. When suddenly! [[Go right->restart]]

You find that it is quiet here, and after walking for a while in the blackness, you find a small idyllic pond surrounded by flowers and oaks. You find an aged wood rocking chair on the front porch of a lake house and you sit down for once. And you breathe. Perhaps this is what needed saving all along… your sense of peace. You seek to return right, but when you face the angry, miniature minions of various turtley persuasions, you find that your heart just isn’t in this fight anymore. A mistimed jump is all it takes for the black wave of death to overtake you…

You seek to return left, however, the reptilians you widowed are there waiting for you. Out of shrooms, out of time, you take one last look at the sky before all you can see are angry reptilians.

While crying in your bedroom, you hear a noise from the other side of the house. You sigh, as you walk to her bedroom. Already knowing that she is gone, flying off to the distance. You even wonder if she loves him more than you. You put on your overalls, full of blood stains that won't come out. You groan as you say: oh damnit, here we go again. [[Go right->center]]

You finally have broken free, you are free for the first time in your life. You realize your love for farming. You get a farm, and grow crops that are not shrooms. You meet a lucky girl that is actually not toxic, and you settle down together. You live a long peaceful life, your pains in your head from smashing blocks finally goes away. In the end, you are free from your previous life, now you are the one in control. You are finally happy.
